Happier You was set up by Kaye Heyes during the COVID pandemic as she saw that levels of anxiety, depression and mental health issues were rapidly increasing.

Whilst studying for her Master’s degree in positive psychology and coaching in 2021, Kaye was diagnosed with ADHD and dyspraxia at the age of 51. And suddenly her life made sense! She realised that a lifetime of struggles with anxiety and depression, imposter syndrome and disordered eating were not because she was ‘broken’ but were due to her not understanding her differently-wired brain.

Her research for her Master’s backed up her convictions that when we’re happier, we’re more resilient, braver and more creative. And when people with ADHD are happier, we can unleash our truly exceptional minds!

Kaye’s passion is to support as many people as possible to be their best possible selves. She offers:
